Our commitment to Women in Finance
In 2018, the Group committed to the Women in Finance Charter with a goal of having 30% of senior roles in the UK filled by women. Through our extensive work on diversity, we have reached and continue to exceed this target already and can report that 32% of our UK senior roles are currently filled by women. To meet this target we partnered with a number of organisations such as Level 20, BVCA, and The Return Hub all who strive to increase diversity across the industry. We also have an annual Women’s Development programme that has its roots in our Women’s Mentor programme.
Our Diversity & Inclusion Champions Group and Networks also seek to ensure that all our people have opportunities to contribute, to succeed and to be themselves in doing so. Our goal is for all our colleagues to feel included, supported and respected at ICG.
